“As new challenges are pressing and new solutions are emerging, particularly banking is holding the potential to increase and sustain positive impact in society.”
Led by this perspective, around 120 participants – bankers from Erste Group and social entrepreneurs from across CEE – came together in a unique conference setting to pioneer new ways of interaction and collaboration amidst turbulent times. The mindset of sector-blurring cooperation was already reflected when conference hosts Erste Group, ERSTE Foundation, good.bee and Ceská Sporitelna partnered with us for the design and delivery of the conference – banks, foundations and a young social enterprise united around a common intent. Looking back, “Banking for Social Entrepreneurship” proved to be both an unconventional and impactful experience: colorful exhibitions, lively dialogues, triggering conversations and inspiring perspectives* marked a creative learning design – but most importantly an engaging setting allowed the diverse participants to connect, share and explore several new opportunities… |
