| We particularly believe in the dreams, intentions and potential of youth to take on this challenge and shape a sustainable future. And therefore annually design and host “Solution” – a unique learning platform to foster clarity, confidence, capability and courage in young people’s pursuit of making a positive difference in society.
As integrated learning environment, “Solution” combines principles and techniques of collective learning with carefully designed physical spaces. Its diversity and multitude of approaches allows explorations of the world in all its facets, offers creative space to express dreams and ideas, lets new connections be built and enables constant access to various role models as sources of inspiration and support. All in all, it shapes a powerful journey of discovery and development for young leaders from around the world. And it comes to no surprise that the impact of Solution goes well past passive awareness and general interest. Indeed, the trust and triggers provided have helped bring forth several imaginary initiatives and remarkable leadership. |

First hosted in 2006, the four day conferences have engaged around 300 selected participants and well over 60 reputable guests and partners from across the world for inspiring and triggering experiences. Furthermore, in October 2009 “Solution” was awarded official patronage by the Austrian Commission for UNESCO, recognizing especially “the impact on youth, its innovative learning approach and the cultural diversity of their participants” as contributions to the United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development.
