4 January 2010 | Category: opportunities | Keywords: , , ,

arawanaCommitting to making a difference means embarking on a life long journey of personal and social transformation. From intention to impactful, sustainable action there are many steps to be taken and many aspects to be considered:How can we engage our creativity and the depth of our thoughts in the solutions we create? How can we be present and aware in the context of this world, to be able to sense the needed change and act upon it?

Arawana Hayashi invites us to explore our natural creativity as she will guide us through a gentle, non-judgmental process of awareness of own physicality and environment. In the context of personal and collective capacity building, she will lead us to explore the kind of attention needed for affecting change.

Building on Otto Scharmer’s Theory U, she will guide us through phases of sensing, presencing and realizing. Enabling us to embody a sense of authentic presence and confidence, and engage our creativity into the process of working with the challenges and opportunities around us.

“Chaos.Tension.Innovation.” A Creative Journey with Miha Pogacnik

23 March 2009 | Category: news | Keywords: , , , ,

Miha PogacnikThe world does not look the same through the eyes of an artist. There is no fear of renewal. No danger seen in uncertainty. Chaos is the catalyst for change. Tension the source of innovation. And a profound crisis what inspires transformation.

Miha Pogacnik allows us to take this perspective. As he plays the violin and speaks to the audience, compositions are unraveled and barriers to our perception removed. Chaos will be encountered. Tension felt. And a space for innovation enabled.

Miha Pogacnik is an internationally acclaimed violinist, entrepreneur and keynote speaker. For over twenty-five years, he has infused creativity through the language of music in a multitude of settings and inspired hundreds of leading companies, global forums and pioneering institutions with his virtuosity. He is founder of idriart, cultural ambassador of Slovenia and board member of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. More
